May continues to be a high impact freshman for Lansing Everett. He led his team to a 53-50 win against Niles and was named the game’s MVP. May continued to show how electric his offensive game can be, both in the open floor and with his jumper. He finished the game with 19 points.
Highlights
Pleyer is an elite guard talent that deserves no cap on the potential that his game carries. He’s developed into a true lead guard that can make plays for himself and his teammates. Pleyer seemed impossible to guard with his ability to attack the basket with concise dribble combos combined with his ability to pull up and shoot from anywhere. He finished with a game high 27 points.
Highlights
Angok is a rising prospect with elite length and ability to get up and down the floor. He’s at his best when he rim runs and makes plays with that length and his athleticism. His Forest Hills Northern team was defeated by Portage Central, but Angok certainly drew eyes with his 21 point performance.
Johnson has made a lot of noise as a player and prospect over the last year or so and that continued at Love And Basketball. He’s an electric guard that both created for others and scored at a high level at the event. When Johnson gets downhill he’s a terror to stop. He racked up 21 points and was named the MVP in Portage Central’s win against Forest Hills Northern.

Amir Jackson
Jackson is smooth guard that’s having a solid senior season. He stepped his game up against Wyoming Lee, leading them to a hard fought 67-60 win. He tied for a team high 16 points in the game. Jackson showed off some quickness, change of direction ability and a solid jumper.
