Armondo Lewis Armondo Lewis 6'2" | SG Canyon Springs | 2024 State NV and Ja’mari Cottington Ja’mari Cottington 6'3" | SF Basic | 2025 State NV are going to make my all High Flyer Team. – Crazy sequence at the end of the first half. Coming out of a timeout Lewis caught a ridiculous lob off a designed play by coach Freddy Banks. He threw down a thunderous one hand dunk to punctuate the play. Not to be outdone, Cottington actually got his hands on a half court alley opp thrown way above the rim. In the second half, he tried to take human lives with a thunderous pogo stick like two hand dunk attempt that he was fouled on. Both players showed exceptional explosion that won’t be forgotten when award season gets here.
Christian Baltierrez Christian Baltierrez 6'0" | SG Basic | 2024 State NV is the top streak shooter in the state. – The card carrying member of my All Irrational conidence team, came out hot, burying his first three, three point attempts. He cooled down later, but his ability to string together consecutive makes, keeps him a dangerous threat throughout every game.
Emmanuel Custard Emmanuel Custard 5'10" | CG Canyon Springs | 2024 State NV has put together an All – Conference type of season. – Custard is Canyon’s most cosistent player, I’ve seen the Pioneers play quite a bit, and he’s been the one player that always seems to have an impact. Friday was no different. He picked his spots, playing with good timing and pace, en route to leading Canyon in scoring with 14 points.
Kenny Williams Kenny Williams 5'6" | PG Basic | 2027 State NV doesn’t play with like a freshman – I was really suprised with how Williams handled the athleticism and pressure of Canyon. He could best be described as the human press breaker, as he used a deft handle, and good quickness to consistently allude defenders.
