Kennen was a back to the basket force moving the ball out of his post spot for offense while finishing with the right and the left for his 19.
Alexandria > Detroit Lakes.
The Cards withstood a DL run to earn a 67-64 win. Sophomore guard Mason Witt Mason Witt 5'11" | PG Alexandria | 2026 State MN had 25 points giving his team the needed points with Chase Thompson Chase Thompson 6'8" | PF Alexandria | 2025 State #216 Nation MN and Grayson Grove Grayson Grove 6'9" | PF Alexandria Area | 2024 State #171 Nation MN both out with injuries. Witt’s clutch attacks late were the difference out-dueling Mason Carrier for the win.
Lake City > Byron.
The furious Tiger run through January continues knocking off Byron 56-41 led by a triple double from Keegan Ryan Keegan Ryan 6'2" | SF Lake City | 2024 State MN . The future UND football player had 14 points, 12 boards and ten steals! Hunter Lorenson Hunter Lorenson 6'0" | PG Lake City | 2024 State MN continued his outstanding play since returning from injury scoring 24 points.
Annandale > Glencoe-Silver Lake.
The Cards went up 20 early and earned an 80-50 road win. Surging 6-foot-7 Annandale senior Isaak Eenhuis Isaak Eenhuis 6'7" | SF Annandale | 2024 State MN knocked out seven threes scoring 27 points with ten boards. Eenhuis, who has an offer from Jamestown, is a true under the radar prospect that is starting to get the attention of many. He is averaging nearly 18 points a game with just over a dozen boards a night and doing it as a stretch forward.
Mankato West > Albert Lea.
West senior Landon Dimler Landon Dimler 6'5" | SG Mankato West | 2024 State MN set a new school record scoring 42 points. Dimler now has individual scoring records at two schools as he set scoring records at JWP in the past as well. Dimler helped West improve to 11-4 on the season.
Rochester Mayo > Owatonna.
Mayo picked up a really nice win over Owatonna and they are on a three game winning streak. The senior had 42 points over the weekend defeating Albert Lea and had a 23 points to beat the Huskies last evening.
