A smooth scorer from all three levels, King has gotten the keys to the offense on a greater volume than seen in previous seasons. There is little the vast majority of backcourt defenders in the state can do to slow down the guard, as he has a counter and excellent footwork to capitalize on any extra space.

One of the most unique play styles in the state, Carter has been slithering into the lane all season for acrobatic finishes and well timed floaters. Clearly possessing a soft touch on tough shots, the lead guard has been nothing short of dominant, leading 8-3 Chaparral with a group hosting only one other double digit per game scorer. His point of attack defense cannot be overlooked either, a large part of his recruiting, the guard is suffocating on-ball.

Leslie has been wildly impactful in a myriad of areas, averaging near a triple double at 6′ tall. His athletic advantage has created plenty of opportunities in the driving lanes, allowing for high flying finishes at the rim or a necessary kickout once help arrives. His high speed playstyle is often too much for opposing defenses to handle, forcing their hand to crowd the paint.
11.6 PPG, 5 RPG, 1.8 APG, 1.4 SPG, 49% 3P
The current leader in three point makes, Whitehead is a tall guard whose game has opened up thanks to a hot start behind the three point line. Taking on a larger role in volume, this 8-3 Legend group has given him a well earned larger opportunity.
12.2 PPG, 8.2 RPG, 2.1 APG, 2.4 BPG, 53% 2P
A terrific defensive prospect, the future RMAC wing continues to attract plenty of attention due to his highlight level plays around the rim. Both quick and bouncy, Jallow has remained exceptional guarding nearly every position available at the high school level. His defensive versatility has been no mystery, however his explosiveness as a slasher and refined shotmaking have aided his opportunities.
16 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 5.5 APG, 2.5 SPG, 58% 2P
Constantly seeking ways to attack the rim, Guerra has been a crucial component to Douglas County’s 9-2 record to start the season. Active hustling for loose balls or offensive rebounds, the guard is comfortable digging in with bigger opponents regardless of the situation. While attacking downhill, the guard’s tight handle allows him to be a threat on floaters or to keep his eyes up for the next passing lane.
