Williams is a tough guard who was good in the in-between areas of the court at the mid-range being patient and toying with the defense when he was the pick and roll ball handler. Able to acrobatically finish in the half court, Williams did a nice job of avoiding shot blockers and using his body to shield himself. A capable perimeter shooter, Williams knocked down one 3-pointer and 3/4 free throws, but was looking to attack the basket first and shoot from the outside second. Adkins played hard, running the floor and had soft hands to catch passes when he was the roll man or posting up. Athletic with a good frame, Adkins threw down a couple dunks including the highlight of the night which was a putback slam on a defenders back. Physically Adkins looks the part and his motor and production followed, showing that he's a clear high major prospect. Currently holding three offers from Cal, TCU and South Carolina State, it won't be long till Adkins has a bunch more to his name when colleges watch him in the spring and summer on the grassroots circuit.
