Nikos Connaway Nikos Connaway 5'9" | PG Van Far | 2024 State MO (Van Far): A 5’10 2024 guard who led Van Far to the tournament championship. The slick lefty has been getting major buckets for four seasons. He can slice into the lane and he’s a resourceful scorer around the basket. If he gets a good look from 3-point range, he will knock it down. He had 19 points and nine rebounds in the championship game.
Kain Eivins (Clopton): A 6’3 2025 forward scored 18 points in the championship game. He’s an excellent player in the low post and he can also drive it from the high post and swish home 15 footers. He has a good combination of strength and footwork around the basket.
Pacey Reading (Van Far): A 6’2 2026 wing who averaged more than 20 points in the tournament. He’s a versatile scoring threat who was draining 3-pointers and attacking the offensive boards for putbacks. He’s constantly moving well without the ball and scoring on sharp cuts off the ball. He can also hit the mid range jumper.
Cash Eivins (Clopton): The 6’4 2024 post player is one of the strongest players around. He’s a physical force in the lane that cannot be moved when he establishes his position. He also has a soft touch around the basket and a nice turnaround jumper along the baseline.
Brady Creech (Winfield): A 5’10 2024 guard who led Winfield to a third place finish in the tournament. He scored 21 points in the third place victory over Bowling Green. He’s an aggressive on ball defender who can make an opposing ball handler uncomfortable. He has good quickness and can touch the paint on his penetration. His court vision is also very good.
Jace Askew (Bowling Green): A 6’4 2025 wing player who is a bucket with good athleticism and a versatile skill set. He uses the jab step well to set up defenders. He can either drive it or jump up and stick the 3-pointer. He’s also a good rebounder and a secondary ball handler against pressure defense.
