Julian Mendez is a sharp shooting 5’9 combo guard. He can initiate the offense and does when lead ball handler Justin Brandy goes to the bench. What will turn heads is his shooting. He’s been a consistent threat from outside all year with games that show how hot he can get. Mendez has ranged beyond the college three, shots well on and off the dribble, and couple quickness with a crafty handle to establish his off ball scoring.
TJ Drain TJ Drain 6’8″ | PF Windermere | 2025 State #295 Nation FL is a 6’9 forward who’s making his case to move up in the 2025 rankings. He has a soft touch on his shots from inside and outside the paint. Drain is showing strides as a shooter but relies on scoring within ten feet with a consistent right hook to anchor his scoring. He’s all over the boards on both ends. He produces at a high level without plays being ran for him and without flashy moves. An easy double double threat who will challenge shots at the rim with his length and quick leaping. Definitely a prospect with a high ceiling because of his effort level, slight frame, and raw skillset on both ends of the floor.
Sebastian Gonzalez is a 6’5 wing player averaging nearly 25 points in Miami. Gonzalez was double teamed from the start of the game and managed to keep his turnovers low throughout the game. He’s a shot maker with range beyond the college three and a knack for tough shots over defenders. He uses his size to rebound and create shots such as turnaround jumpers and right hooks out of the post against smaller players. Gonzalez showed a lot of versatility and IQ while playing in Miami Christian’s motion offense. He routinely made the right decision as a passer. Talented off motion shooter with good footwork, a solid base, and consistent mechanics.
Isaiah Bragg is one of the most athletic guards we have in the state. The 2024 prospect has the speed to spring past defenders with the ball in his hands making him a great transition option. He has a frame that pops on film with the strength to match as a defender and rebounder. Bragg has the athleticism to contain his man on defense and rack up deflections. He pushes the sapped of the game in transition as an attacker and passer. The 6’2 guard has a solid finishing package around the rim with the power to finish through contact or adjust to defenses.
Since Caleb Sanders Caleb Sanders 6’6″ | SF Bell Creek Academy | 2025 State FL ‘ return from a high ankle sprain he’s shown off a translatable skillset. The 6’6 wing is incredibly physical and does all the dirty work on the regular basis. Those physical tools allow him to overpower bigger players and live within the arc. He’s still developing his jumper and handle but playmaking flashes and a consistent stroke from the free throw line point to upside for the 2025 prospect. Sanders is a next level athlete with an unselfish approach to the game. Currently has a skillset that could help him impact games early in his career depending on the level.
