It will be interesting to see who can remain undefeated heading into Christmas. Best of luck to everyone this week!

The Bulldogs proved how good they are with a nice win over the Titans from Dickinson Trinity (Class A team). Trinity is no slouch either, they have talent, and they came into this game at 3-0. As we have said many times, [player_tooltip player_id='1144932' first='Bohden' last='Duffield'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1144931' first='Bishop' last='Duffield'] are the two big names for the Bulldogs.

The Bearcats put up some impressive numbers in the Warwick game. They not only got the win and some nice stats, North Star got some revenge from the end of last season. Stats: [player_tooltip player_id='1324683' first='Dane' last='Hagler'] 26 points, 11 rebounds, 9 steals, 9 assists, [player_tooltip player_id='1367009' first='Parker' last='Simon'] 26 points, 7 rebounds, 5 steals, 4 assists, [player_tooltip player_id='1367010' first='Karsen' last='Simon'] 17 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals.

The Bulldogs are perfect so far this season. They had a low-scoring battle early in the week against LLM and they took care of business on Friday at Napoleon. Stat leaders from Friday: [player_tooltip player_id='1551198' first='Josh' last='Wittich'] 15 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist, [player_tooltip player_id='1145108' first='Luke' last='Martinson'] 24 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, [player_tooltip player_id='2252857' first='Grady' last='Wehlander'] 9 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, [player_tooltip player_id='1694357' first='Nick' last='Hansen'] 9 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists.

Recent Games: W 85-57 Kenmare-Bowbells, W 83-48 Nedrose

The Sioux are averaging 82.3 points per game and they are led by All-State talent [player_tooltip player_id='1169145' first='Walker' last='Braaten']. The Texas Ranger could easily be the top point scorer in all of ND this year. In the game against Nedrose, Braaten went for 26 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 steals. [player_tooltip player_id='1717045' first='Hunter' last='Tolstad'] also had a great game with 21 points and 13 rebounds.

#5 Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier (3-0)

Recent Games: W 72-64 Barnes County North, W 59-37 Kidder County, W 80-72 Midway-Minto

The Rebels are rolling to start the season! They have all the pieces to be elite. Athletes, young talent, height, and depth. In the game against Kidder County, EKM was led by [player_tooltip player_id='2142302' first='Zeke' last='Barnick'] with 27 points, he has also had impressive DUNKs on the young season. In the matchup with Midway-Minot, EKM was led by [player_tooltip player_id='1164807' first='Jacob' last='Nitschke'] with 24 points. [player_tooltip player_id='2114976' first='Brogan' last='Young'] is a young player to keep tabs on, he has been getting legit burn early in the season for only being a frosh.

#6 Langdon Area- Edmore-Munich (2-0)

Recent Games: W 61-60 Warwick, W 59-40 Hatton-Northwood

[player_tooltip player_id='1857757' first='Rayce' last='Worley'] is the man for the Cardinals and he will see a ton of attention all season long. PHD predicts that Worley will be an All-State Player this season. Rayce went for 20 points on Friday against Hatton-Northwood. The Cardinals have some nice complementary players who will catch your eye. [player_tooltip player_id='2124113' first='Cody' last='Amble'], [player_tooltip player_id='2300118' first='Jayden' last='Lee'], and [player_tooltip player_id='2297738' first='Levi' last='Swanson'] are guys that I will be keeping an eye on when I am up in Hunter. PHD plans on watching the Cardinals play Monday night at Northern Cass, it should be a fun one!

#7 Bishop Ryan (4-0)

Recent Games: W 80-30 South Prairie-Max JV, 76-27 Tioga, 61-44 South Prairie-Max

The Lions are talented that is for sure and they have yet to be tested as all the games have been large-margin victories. [player_tooltip player_id='1189452' first='Ramsey' last='Walz'] is the BIG name for Ryan, [player_tooltip player_id='1376819' first='Jett' last='Lundeen'] is another high-quality player for the Lions. He was named Tournament MVP on Saturday at the ORCS Tourney.

#8 Washburn (2-0)

Recent Games: W 90-36 Strasburg-Zeeland

The Cardinals do not have a ton of size but they are loaded with skilled and talented guards. They are a hard-working group with experienced players who know how the put the ball in the hole. [player_tooltip player_id='1326981' first='Alex' last='Retterath'] is one of the better all-around guards in Class B and he stuffs the stat sheet. Against Strasburg, the SNIPER [player_tooltip player_id='1632628' first='Parker' last='Jacobson'] went off for 33 points and 9 triples.

#9 Linton-HMB (2-0)

Recent Games: W 72-44 Garrison

I watched some of the Garrison game and Linton looked sharp at times and they shot very well as a team. The Lions are longer than I thought, have some nice backcourt players, and [player_tooltip player_id='1146180' first='Jace' last='Jochim'] is a stud. Jochim was the best player on the court against Garrison and he went for 32 points and 13 rebounds.

#10 Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood (2-0)

Recent Games: W 61-59 Kenmare-Bowbells, W 46-43 Powers Lake-Burke Central

The Mavericks have won two close games and they are an intriguing squad! PHD believes that MLS entered the season underrated and overlooked a bit. Expect this team to be impressive offensively as the season moves on and they figure a few things out. The Mavericks have some talented players that I am excited to see play this season.
