Jason absolutely lit up the scoreboard on Monday afternoon as he finished with 50 points and 5 threes in Lynwood’s hard fought win over Mater East (NV), 91-88. Crowe Jr. was incredible in this one as he not only scored 50 points but did so in the face of a constant double, and sometimes triple, team (prior to crossing half-court) most of the game. After heading into the half down by 14 Jason responded by showing why he’s one of the top guards in the country, dropping 35 points in the second half including 4 of his 5 threes and going 13/13 from the free throw line.
Bryson finished with a game high 28 points on Tuesday morning in Bishop O’Connell’s (VA) win over Mater Lakes Academy (FL), 68-48. Tucker made instinctual plays all over the court in this one whether it was grabbing rebounds, jumping into passing lanes to get steals, and finishing with both power and finesse at the rim. He also continued to show consistency as a scorer in the mid range area.
Highlights
Jadyn finished with 21 points after an efficient 18 point 2nd half in Bishop O’Connell’s (VA) win over Mater Lakes Academy (FL), 68-48. Harris showed off all of his athleticism, explosiveness, and strength in the second half as he repeatedly took off towards the basket and was able to either finish or draw contact.
Jackson shot the ball tremendously well on Tuesday afternoon finishing with 17 points off the back of his 5 second half threes in Clovis West’s (CA) win over Coronado (NV), 79-63. Young provided a huge spark for the Golden Eagles in this one as his constant movement without the ball gave Coronado fits and he was able to create open shots for his teammates as well with all of the attention he garnered on the perimeter.
Highlights
Chris finished with 19 points, 6 blocks, and numerous rebounds in Clovis West’s (CA) win over Coronado (NV), 79-63. Baudreau was terrifically active on Monday afternoon and his activity created a plethora of second chance opportunities for the Golden Eagles which proved crucial in them eventually pulling away from Coronado. He was also able to effect this game with his rim running and his impressive mobility is a large part of what makes it difficult for other big men to keep up with him.
Highlights
Josiah finished with a team high 18 points in Coronado’s (NV) tough loss to Clovis West (CA) 79-63. Cunningham continues his strong scoring run this week as this performance followed up a 20 point game yesterday against St. Pius x Matthias. He attacks the basket with great aggression, can finish with either hand, and has the upper body strength to play and finish through contact.
Lantz finished with 15 points this morning for Coronado (NV) in their loss to Clovis West (CA), 79-63. Stephenson played with good physicality in this one and he made a strong impact on the boards as well, repeatedly scoring in the paint and utilizing his upper body strength to play through contact.
