There’s that guy again. Quite simply Henderson is one of the best post defenders in the state. He challenges and blocks shots on a regular basis. Henderson’s offense is coming along very nicely and that was evident in Stockbridge’s victory against Henry Ford. He was able to score off the glass and even showed some range on his jumper.

Collins looked more than solid in the Tip-Off Classic. He’s able to create and get buckets and was very efficient offensively. Collins and Henderson really complimented each other nicely in Holt. Collins was able to score in space as well as keep the floor spread himself.

Stampley was still able to shine in his team’s loss to Stockbridge. He got downhill with the ball and was creative with it as well. Stampley was able to get buckets when good looks from close were a rarity with Henderson inside. He reads defenses well off screens and uses the jab step effectively.

Bland didn’t put up huge numbers in his team’s loss to Everett, but his game caught my eye. He was a long forward that showed some bounciness under the rim. Bland went up high for rebounds which gave him some chances at put back buckets. The tools are there for him to become an excellent rim protector.
