St James HS (Murrells Inlet) 55 Woodland HS 49
The Sharks remain unbeaten on the season with a win over the Wolverines. St James HS was led in scoring by Senior Carter Bobbitt Carter Bobbitt 6'4" | SF St James | 2024 State SC with 23 points. Junior Jordan Kirk added 14 points in the win.
The Wolverines a Class 2A program out of Dorchester County continues to play a very solid schedule. The Wolverines have defeated Goose Creek HS a Class 5A program already two times this season. The Wolverines were led in scoring by Senior guard Ty’ree Edwards Ty’ree Edwards 6'0" | PG Woodland | 2024 State SC with 15 points while Ja’Kease Salley Ja’Kease Salley 6'5" | SF Woodland | 2025 State SC added 13 points in the loss.
Lugoff-Elgin HS 55 Aynor HS 16
The Demons led from the jump in this one in the opening round of the Shootout by the Sea. Lugoff-Elgin HS started off with the first quarter with just 5 players while some others were detained at the hotel. The Demons were led in scoring by Left-handed sophomore Kaleb Long Kaleb Long 5'11" | SG Lugoff-Elgin | 2026 State SC with 11 points. Savon Jenkins chipped in with 10 points, Nigel Chivers Nigel Chivers 5'11" | CG Lugoff-Elgin | 2025 State SC 9 points and Braylen Mumford Braylen Mumford 5'6" | PG Lugoff-Elgin | 2025 State SC added 6 points.
Powdersville HS 56 Annandale HS (VA) 44
The Patriots received a game high 23 points from the University of South Carolina commit Hayden Assemian Hayden Assemian 6'8" | PF Powdersville | 2025 State #186 Nation SC . Seniors Nick Sweet Nick Sweet 6'3" | SG Powdersville | 2024 State SC and Caden Kreger Caden Kreger 6'7" | SF Powdersville | 2024 State SC added 10 points and 9 points respectively in the win.
The Atoms from Virginia tied the game at 42-42 with 5:24 left in the game. The Atoms received strong play from senior Jr Nelson who finished with 15 points.
North Myrtle Beach HS 60 Eau Claire HS (Columbia) 43
The host Chiefs won the nightcap here over the Shamrocks. The Chiefs had to pull away from a very feisty Shamrocks after leading 37-31 at the end he of the 3rd quarter. Senior TJ Stanley TJ Stanley 6'3" | PF North Myrtle Beach | 2024 State SC did all of his damage around the paint area with 17 points while guard Wells Hill Wells Hill 6'0" | PG North Myrtle Beach | 2025 State SC added 10 points in the win.
The Shamrocks were led in scoring by Senior Asa Price Asa Price 6'4" | SF Eau Claire | 2024 State SC with 12 points while lefty Aden Price added 9 points in the loss.
