Jacob Becker Jacob Becker 6'4" | SG Haverford School | 2025 State PA | 6’4 F 2025 Haverford School
Not known for his scoring, the juice that Becker gave the Fords from the second-quarter on was crucial against Marple Newtown. He started out doing his work inside on the glass. His wide shoulders and solid build allowed him to absorb and dishout contact, especially in the paint. Likewise, this skill came in handy when his teammates found him around the basket for layups. Becker stretched the floor too. Late in the fourth, when the Fords had to have a bucket, KJ Carson KJ Carson 6'0" | CG Haverford School | 2025 State PA kicked the ball out to him on the right wing and he knocked it down to put his team up. Becker made a total of three triples as he finished the game with 17 points, 5 rebounds, and the win.
Jalen Long Jalen Long 5'10" | PG Camden Eastside | 2024 State NJ | 5’7 G 2024 Camden Eastside
Long is built like a running back and he played like it. Thursday and Saturday, the Eastside floor general habitually burst to the basket, pinballed off of defenders (on the ground and in the air), and converted one tough layup after another. His trips into the paint also consisted of dropoff passes to others. On defense, his strength and stature allowed him to play low to the ground, getting underneath ball-handlers and stripping them. Long put up 18 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals versus Parkland and 12 points, 5 assists, and 2 steals versus Rutgers Prep.
Quinn O’Hara | 5’11 G 2024 Garnet Valley
The Jags came up just short against Henderson, but O’Hara gave him all they had. He complimented Jake Sniras well with four dynamic makes from three. His second season with the team, O’Hara hit his first two by relocating off-ball. Then in the second half, when points were harder to come by, he created space and pulled up for another two. Additionally, he was able to create paint touches off the bounce. The senior guard contributed 14 points, 4 boards, and 3 assists.
Myles Parker Myles Parker 6'7" | SG Rutgers Prep | 2025 State NJ | 6-7 W 2025 Rutgers Prep
With extremely talented freshmen surrounding him, it might be easy for Parker to slip under the radar, but he shouldn’t. Versus Camden Eastside on Saturday, he set the nets on fire with his aerial assault from three. The lefty shooter knocked three of them in the first quarter. From there on out, his success more so came from his work on the ground. Parker grabbed several boards, including a few that turned into second-change points. He also blocked a couple shots and contested even more on the perimeter. In the end, Parker put together 19 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks in the high-scoring event.
Jayden Thomas | 6’2 G 2024 Parkland
Given the fact that Thomas missed his junior season due to injury and is now arguably the Trojans’ second-best, he’s definitely a sleeper worth knowing. With an off game for Coval in the Bonner game, Thomas’s 15 points and 4 boards were vital. He cashed in a pair of threes off-the-catch and swung the ball to open teammates the same way they did for him. Thomas made tough buckets inside and strapped up on defense as well. The impact on defense was a constant across both his games at the Classic.
Kyree Womack Kyree Womack 6'1" | PG Bonner-Prendergast | 2024 State PA | 5’10 G 2024 Bonner-Prendie
The Chester-product zigged and zagged through Parkland in attempts to overcome their 2-3 zone. He did it some as a scorer, getting into the heart of the defense for 7 of his 9 points. But he mainly knifed through the Trojan zone to generate easy offense for everyone else. Womack served up 6 assists to keep the Friars moving steady. Likewise, he got active as a rebounder (4) and defender (2 steals), using those moments to push the pace in transition before the defense could get set. In all, it worked because Bonner came away with the win.
