This game was controlled by Del Norte for the majority of it, and though Manzano made a comeback in the second half, the Knights held on to win it in the last 8 seconds. Both teams were physical, and focused on attacking the basket. Del Norte was able to hit more threes in the end, and it ended up winning them the game down the stretch.

This is the first time I have co-players of the game, as both players contributed huge in different parts of the game. [player_tooltip player_id='1717253' first='Francois' last='Satchivi'] controlled the game early before fouling out in the 4th quarter. He showcased great touch around the rim, and his speed that allows his to get to his spots at will. [player_tooltip player_id='1717293' first='Julian' last='Castillo'] was clutch late in the game, getting to the free throw line, and hitting the game-winning bank shot with 8 seconds left to give the Knights the lead. His shooting was consistent throughout the game, and he plays with a confidence and a motor that gives him an edge.

Regardless of the loss, Manzano put up a great effort on both ends of the floor, with [player_tooltip player_id='2368946' first='Shane' last='Erni'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1685469' first='Joaquin' last='Ramos'] both grabbing double-digit rebounds, with 12 and 10 respectively. Erni was a monster on defense as well, contributing 3 blocks and a steal. [player_tooltip player_id='2368934' first='Kareem' last='Otway'] was clutch in the fourth quarter, putting up 13 points and 3 steals on the game, and throwing down a monster dunk off his own steal to tie the game at one point.

[player_tooltip player_id='2368930' first='Donavan' last='Rhodes'] was the leading scorer for the Monarchs, putting up 16 points, and adding on 3 rebounds, an assist and a steal. He showed his ability to get to the free throw line, and knocked them down late to keep Manzano in it. Though he struggled with turnovers, he was able to succeed as a primary ball handler. Jeremy Reynolds was valuable at the point guard position, leading the team in assists and jumping in passing lanes to grab 2 steals.
