The Central Eagles, a top-tier team in Nebraska, collided with the undefeated Abraham Lincoln team from Council Bluffs, Iowa, in the Border Battle at the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs. The Eagles, led by a 27 point stellar performance from senior guard Daleron Thomas Daleron Thomas 6'0" | CG Omaha Central | 2024 State NE and a 20 point contribution from senior Devin Holmon Devin Holmon 6'5" | PF Omaha Central | 2024 State NE , emerged victorious, defeating Abraham Lincoln 74-65 and ending their undefeated season.
A scoring guard with a knack for ball distribution, Klement showcased his ability to hit shots from outside and displayed crafty finishes around the hoop. His vision and playmaking skills make him a dynamic presence on the court.
An athletic guard with the versatility to play inside and outside, Arnold proved to be a walking bucket. His ability to finish through contact, knock down shots from deep, and contribute on the boards highlighted his dominance on both ends of the court.
