The 6-4 guard has had a strong start to his sophomore season playing in the United States for the first time after coming over from Puerto Rico over the summer. He can elevate his game whether it’s knocking down shots across all three levels off the catch or off the bounce. The upside in his game continues to get better every time he steps onto the floor. On the defensive end, he can be very versatile where he gets to his spots using his quickness using his length and athleticism to his advantage.
The growth and upside in Joseph’s game continues to rise every time he steps onto the floor. His offensive skillset as a point guard has grown with a ton of maturity and confidence where he can play make as well as getting his teammates involved. On the defensive side, he plays with a ton of activity where he applies great pressure around the rim and rebounds well for his size. He already holds offers from Florida State, Mississippi State, Oregon, UCF, USC and several others.
The 6-3 guard plays with a load of energy on both ends of the floor where he gets assists, steals as well as rebounds well for his size. On the defensive end of the floor he covers a lot of ground where he can guard several positions on the floor. He can read passes using his length to turn his defense into offense where when he scores he can score in bunches.
The 5-11 guard plays with a good combination of speed and knocks down shots in a hurry where he can create for his teammates. On the defensive end, he is an absolute menace where he can cover the full court with his pressure while guarding on the ball. Kirk is definitely a player worth keeping on your radar as his game will continue to grow the next two years.
I’ve seen Drake Sandi play twice this season and each time I have been impressed with his offensive skillset. Sandi can connect from the perimeter as well as finishing on the attack getting to the free throw line often. On the defensive side, he is very underrated when it comes to his footwork and his activity in the passing lanes where he uses his length to get tips and deflections. He currently holds an offer from Bethune-Cookman but expect the offer list to continue to grow as his high school career rolls on.
