We are still in the midst of the early signing period, but it appears that we know who will sign and who won't. These are the top point guard/combos that will be available heading into their senior seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1157205' first='Dekwon' last='Brown'] (Simeon)

Brown is a scoring combo guard that can really go! He is a shifty and explosive ball handler that can get downhill while also having deep range on his three point shot. What impressed us over the summer was his growth as a passer in the half court along with showing some instincts defensively. He is one of two top 10 prospects remaining on the board.

[player_tooltip player_id='1285479' first='Isaiah' last='Green'] (Thornton)

Green is a prospect that at times flies a bit under the radar as he has always been on teams with bigger stars, but make no mistake he has low-major ability. It all starts with his tenacity on both ends of the floor particularly on the defensive end. Active hands and anticipation. Offensively he can handle it and is good at pushing in the open floor. Capable shooter especially from mid-range.

[player_tooltip player_id='1764717' first='Camden' last='Cerese'] (Lake Park)

Cerese really impressed us over the summer with the way he brought it for Greater Purpose. He was a leader at the point while still being able to get his points when needed. Good feel for the game and can score from all over the floor while running a team. D2s should be all over him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1285489' first='Kelton' last='McEwen'] (Wheaton St. Francis)

McEwen is a sharp shooter at the point guard position. He is a combo guard with a flame thrower from distance as he shined when we saw him over the summer draining threes one after another.

[player_tooltip player_id='1295542' first='Bryce' last='Welch'] (Naperville North)

Savvy floor general that can both score and distribute and was a consistent force running the show for M14 all spring and summer. He is a leader that knows how to organize a group and would be a great D2 pick up.

[player_tooltip player_id='1194776' first='Max' last='Johnson'] (OPRF)

Leadership is what really stands out with Johnson. He runs his team and is an all-around floor general that can pass and score when needed with a solid jumper and creative handles.
