Chris Bolte Chris Bolte 6'5" | PF St. Ignatius | 2026 State IL (St. Ignatius – 2026)
We got our first look at the Hinsdale South transfer for Ignatius on opening night. The lefty four man is a sophomore that provides rebounding and finishes well around the rim. Should compliment Justin Scott well this year inside for Iggy.
Tyuan Hunter (Hope Academy – 2026)
Quite a big performance from this 5’7” point guard from Hope Academy. Coach Ronnie Fields told me he was one to watch out for and was he ever right. Drained five triples in an 18 point outing letting them fly from NBA range on several occasions.
Wandy Munoz Wandy Munoz 5'10" | PG Wheaton Academy | 2024 State IL (Wheaton Academy – 2024)
Munoz was another prospect we got a tip on from a coach to check out. Strong and stocky lead guard that is heady with the ball in his hands. Quick passes and can score in a variety of ways. Got to the rim for scores and pushed off his defense. Scrappy defender and solid all-around floor general.
Nate Scearce (Bartlett – 2024)
Really liked what we saw from this 6’4” small forward. Wing with size that shot it well from the perimeter knocking in five triples to go along with several others from mid-range. Small colleges should be all over him!
CJ Duncan CJ Duncan 6'6" | SF Washington | 2025 State IL (Washington – 2025)
Really liked what Duncan brought to the table for Washington. Size on the perimeter at 6’5” with the ability to knock down shots at a high level connecting on five from beyond the arc. Clean stroke and good athleticism as he had 23 points against St. Laurence. Going to make his debut in our next rankings update.
Damontae May Damontae May 6'0" | PG Kankakee | 2024 State IL (Kankakee – 2024)
May is a 6’0” combo guard that is best as an off the ball scorer. Knocked in three triples along with a scoop shot. Good ball handler and solid defender. Went for 11 points in a win. Small colleges and JUCOs should take a look.
Nate Hauf (Mundelein – 2025)
Rangy junior wing was an x-factor type player for Mundelein. Acrobatic finishes on multiple and-1s at the rim. Capable of hitting a spot up three. He had 11 points against Deerfield.
Daniel Orozco (Hinsdale Central – 2024)
Small college gem shooting guard lit it up from distance with his three point shooting along with mixing in a nice soft touch finishing game against West Aurora as he carried their offense.
Drey Wisdom (Oswego East – 2024)
Wisdom stepped up when the Oswego East stars didn’t have their A games to keep them somewhat close in their contest against Naperville North. The small and compact guard is a good spot up shooter, gets to the foul line, and plays with grit.
Dylan Pepper (Lane Tech – 2025)
Pepper is a good utility guy for Lane Tech. Does a little bit of everything as the lefty can drain a spot up three and had a nose for the ball.
Hudson Fuller Hudson Fuller 6'1" Glenbrook South | 2025 IL (Glenbrook South – 2025)
This 6’4” small forward is a southpaw that has a three level scoring game getting points through contact for an and-1, hitting a sweet 15 footer, along with a three in a win against Stevenson recording 10 points.
