He features a pretty jumper with definite 3 point range that he can hit both off the dribble and off the catch. Haist can attack the rim from right to left or left to right. He can finish with on either side of the rim and with both hands. He has shown a ton of improvement from the end of his freshman season through now. He's a versatile player that can defend both the paint and the perimeter. He's a very talented downhill lead guard. Esse attacks the defense with penetration and makes plays off the bounce. He has tremendous court vision and is a great passer when going at the rim.
