He finished with 13 points in the opening quarter as the Titans jumped out to a 27-14 lead after one quarter and never looked back. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Middle Creek would try to attack the basket but [player_tooltip player_id='1889492' first='Najai' last='Hines'] and his rim-protection was on full display as he finished with upwards of 8+ blocks. His size was on full display as he showed he could be more than a scorer in the painted area. By halftime, South Garner led 43-22 while holding the Mustangs to just eight points in the second quarter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The third quarter was more of the same as the bench got things going behind the exploits of [player_tooltip player_id='1281017' first='Braylen' last='McRae'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2285810' first='Samein' last='Jones']. The Titans were able to show their depth as their younger players got some varsity experience given the lead. The scoring cooled though for both sides as the deficit remained at 21 points for Middle Creek.
