<p>Prep Hoops Missouri begins its conference previews with a look at the Metro League. The league is loaded with strong teams and many talented college prospects at all levels. There is so much individual talent that picking out a Starting Five was very difficult.</p>

<p>Principia and Lutheran North played for state championships in Class 2 and 3 respectively. MICDS was a Class 4 state quarterfinalist as was Westminster in Class 5. John Burroughs won 20 games and got a share of the conference championship.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1571730' first='Bryce' last='Spiller'] (Lutheran North): A 6'4 2024 guard who led the Crusaders to the Class 3 state championship game. A three-level scorer, he averaged 18 points a game last season. He recently gave a commitment to the Air Force Academy.</p>
