Green County has real expectations this season for the first time that I can remember. Willis is one of the better third options you will find in the 5th region and is capable of scoring the ball from any spot on the court.
Highlights
Nava has continued to improve over the last 2 years and could end up being one of the best post players in the 6th region this season. If he keeps improving at the rate he has, he’ll be a scholarship player before graduation.
Coach Brown has high expectations for his youngest son and expects him to be the go to scorer for the Blue Devils this season. Kayson is a good shooter with a high IQ and is a willing passer. Keep an eye on him in the 11th region this season.
It was a mass exodus out of the Western program this summer but “Tayvo” is one of the last players standing for the Warriors. As a result, expect Lawrence to put up big numbers this season. He’ll have to if Western wants to remain relevant in the 6th region.
Preston split time with Brayden Mirus Brayden Mirus 6’1″ | PG Rowan County | 2024 State KY in recent years but with Mirus now in Rowan County, expect Hagan to play more on the ball and as a facilitator. A tough guard who gets to his spots and has good elevation on his jumper, Hagan could surprise a lot of folks this season.
