The high school season is creeping closer and closer and we at Prep Hoops Indiana will be giving you non-stop previews until the first week of action. With as many talented players in the state this season, it is important that we give you a list of names to keep an eye on for the season, which is what I will be doing with each position in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 classes. The point of my list is to give you a preview of some the players that are maybe overlooked a little, still on the college recruiting board, or guys in general that deserve to have eyes on them. With that said, here are centers to watch for in the 2024 class this season.

Does [player_tooltip player_id='1363488' first='Flory' last='Bidunga'] really need to be on this watch list? Yes, yes he does, but probably not for the reason you are thinking. Bidunga has taken the state by storm over the past two years and has been a generational talent Indiana has not seen for a long, long time. The reason I have Bidunga on this watch list? It's because you need to go watch this Kansas commit before he leaves the state. He is a special, special talent that the state of Indiana won't see in a long time. Now is the time to see him up close. If nothing else, he will also be viewed as the favorite to win Indiana Mr. Basketball.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65492481d6069"} /-->

He will be finishing off his high school career at Fort Wayne Canterbury after playing his first three seasons at Homestead. Day is one of the more complete big men in the in-state 2024 class due to his smoothness, soft touch around the basket, rebounding on both ends, overall size and strength. It is not often you see players in the Class 1A level with his size and skill which should make him a force against any team he faces this season. Right now, he has many offers from schools such as Lake Erie, Pikeville, Saint Francis, Indiana Tech, Goshen, and DePauw and a big senior year will get him more.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65492481d60c4"} /-->

He is a near 6'6 center out of Evansville Harrison that has some of the strongest post skills and is not afraid to play physical throughout the game. McNair has good footwork, a soft touch inside, and rebounds his area well. He averaged 13.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game as a junior and has the potential to get in the double-double figures this upcoming season.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65492481d6110"} /-->

He is a true 6'9 big that has shown flashes of his upside with his smooth ability around the rim, rebounding skills, and true rim protecting skills. He has also gotten physically stronger as his high school career has went on. As of this writing, he currently sits with offers from Manchester and Marian-Ancilla.
