Standing at 6'4'' with improved verticality, Thompson finishes over most defenders in the paint. But he is more than just a finisher; the junior has ball skills and can score from the perimeter. He's a genuine inside-out scoring threat and arguably the best athlete every time he steps on the court. The rising sophomore is a legitimate two-sport athlete. Last season, Fette was more of a role player for the Conquistadors: crashing the offensive and defensive glass, diving for loose balls, playing the passing lanes, etc. However, this season, Fette will undoubtedly be one of Del Valle's major contributors to a program that graduated six seniors last season.
