Aaron Morris Aaron Morris 5’11” | PG Restortation Academy | 2024 State AL was on a mission this weekend and separated himself from the other point guards in attendance. What Morris lacks in height, he makes up for with strength and physicality. Morris was able to bully smaller guards on several occasions and he thrives in a physical, competitive setting which college coaches will surely appreciate. Offensively, he’s a poised ball-handler and deadly shooter, several makes and few misses on Saturday. Morris is worthy of a spot on a college roster and certainly helped prove his case this weekend.
Kinley Simmons
Kinley Simmons
Kinley Simmons emerged as real player to watch in Alabama’s 2026 class with a strong showing at the Top 250 Expo. While Simmons is still young and learning the ways of a true point, the skillset and motor are extremely enticing. Simmons ran the floor hard all afternoon and was rewarded frequently. In transition, Simmons had a great feel for when to dive to the cup versus when to fade to the corner and he made the most of his open looks from three. He’ll certainly be one to keep an eye on in coming years.

Jordan Lindsey Jordan Lindsey 6’1″ | PG Buckhorn | 2025 AL was one of the faster guards we saw all weekend and used that to his advantage often. Lindsey pushed the pace with every chance he had, exhausting opponents and turning turnovers into points. Lindsey obviously loves to play fast and it makes sense considering he plays alongside Caleb Holt Caleb Holt 6’5″ | SG Buckhorn | 2026 State AL at Buckhorn who excels in the open floor. When leading the break, Lindsey is a great decision maker with natural instincts. Lindsey’s development will be something to track as he finds other ways to be effective.

Owen Leonard Owen Leonard 5’8″ Spain Park | 2026 AL looked awfully comfortable playing in his home gym this weekend, directing traffic amongst the older players and knocking down three-pointers. Leonard is sneaky off the ball and it can be easy of defenses to lose him as he hunts open looks. The lefty point guard proved he can consistently hit shots from both the mid-range and three-point line. As Leonard continues to grow and fill out with muscle, his game will grow more and more impactful.

DJ Johnson DJ Johnson 6'1" Murphy | 2024 AL
Far too often, we see these showcases full of selfish basketball and isolation scoring. Johnson was a breathe of fresh air. He was unselfish all afternoon and exhibited some great vision as a passer. Johnson shot an efficient percentage from three while only taking open shots in the flow of the game and showed off a really smooth stroke. Johnson’s performance on Saturday should be a case study, proving you don’t need to score a million points to raise your stock.
