Preseason 1st Team

Jbari Adams (6'4" | Ringgold | 2024)

Ratrevious Crowley (6'3" | Arcadia | 2024)

McKennis Savoie (6'3" | North Central | 2024)

[player_tooltip player_id='2471333' first='Isiah' last='Stevens'] (6'0" | Crescent City | 2025)

Matt Weaver (6'3" | St. Martin's Episcopal | 2024)

This team may be one of the most athletic when it comes to finishing in transition and at the rim. McKennis Savoie is a two time state champ and is the lead scorer returning for North Central. His bounce is ridiculous and he can score from the perimeter. Jbari Adams is long and vicious when it comes to rim finishes. He is also a willing passer and picks up dimes in the half court. Ratrevious Crowley scores at will in the paint and over the top in transition. He can go for 30 or a double-double any given night. [player_tooltip player_id='2471333' first='Isiah' last='Stevens'] is one of the better point guards who can score in the lower classes. His team made a Marsh Madness run last season and should do the same this season. Matt Weaver is a great shooter but can do more than shoot. He should lead his team to a deep playoff run this season.

Preseason 2nd Team

[player_tooltip player_id='2409009' first='Spencer' last='Dunn'] (6'2" | Homer | 2025)

Jahari McCoy (6'1" | Northwood-Lena | 2026)

Dwight McGee (5'10" | Crescent City | 2026)

Roderick Tezeno (6'2" | Opelousas Catholic | 2026)

Ayden Warren (6'0" | St. Mary's | 2024)

Ayden Warren is one of the more underrated shooters and lead guards in his class. He will be a rankings stock riser when the season begins because of his ability to play both. [player_tooltip player_id='2409009' first='Spencer' last='Dunn'] can shoot it from the perimeter and has range out to 23 feet. He is also very athletic and can get to the paint with ease. Roderick Tezeno is one of the top five players in his class. He is a three level scorer who will be one of the better players in the state next season. Not many freshmen put up 24 ppg and aided their team to the state semis. Dwight McGee did that last season and will have a chance to do it again with the team returning. Coming off last year's state title, Jahari McCoy will be the returning face for Northwood-Lena. He is a true shooter and should elevate his game to the next level in his sophomore season.
