Ekue possesses serious length that allows him to control the paint on both ends of the court. His ability to challenge shots, and secure rebounds gives their team a strong defensive presence. His strengths are in these areas currently; However, what makes Ekue intriguing is his untapped potential on the offensive end. With the right development and coaching, he will have the opportunity to expand their offensive repertoire significantly. Ekue’s raw athleticism and lengths are shades of a young Will Kyle III which makes him an exciting prospect, with the promise of becoming a well-rounded force in the state over the next few years.

He plays with power, particularly in the paint, where he can bully defenders and finish around the rim with authority. However, to reach his full potential, he will need to focus on improving his outside shooting skills, as a more well-rounded offensive game could elevate his overall impact on the team. With Anderson’s physical attributes and room for growth, he has great potential to become a dominant force in the state and provide another stud in the stable of the Mustangs.
Patterson is a promising basketball talent, reminiscent of a young Anthony Edwards, as he possesses an impressive combination of size, strength, and athleticism. He stood out with his solid defense, applying intense pressure, disrupting opponents’ plays and creating valuable steals, which often translate into fast break opportunities. Patterson’s versatility is evident with his ability to score effectively at all levels of the court, whether driving to the rim with authority or showcasing a reliable outside shot. Patterson’s physical tools and aggressive mindset, combined with a coaching staff that knows how to develop and get the most of players talent, paired with Zephier-Murphy will make that Wolverines backcourt a must watch for any scout.
A high basketball IQ, Origibold stands at 6’2″ and has outstanding ball-handling skills that help him navigate through defenses creating a high percentage shot attempt. He showed to be an above average passer, consistently making the right play for his teammates. Origbold’s solid frame allows him to absorb contact in the paint, making him an effective slasher who can finish with finesse using either hand and perfect the art of taking charges on the defensive side of the court. Beyond the arc, he has a smooth shooting stroke that makes him a versatile and formidable threat on any area of the court. Orgibold has a real shot at a breakout season as a play maker for the Wolves, with a sniper like Will Farrington Will Farrington 6’5″ | SG Elkhorn North | 2025 State NE waiting for a kickout.

McCafferty’s work ethic and high level of effort on both ends of the court are foundational strengths that create a high ceiling for his development. He excels in on-ball defense, consistently keeping opponents in front of him and challenging shots with his length. McCafferty has the mental and physical tools to become a top talent in the state.
