The field was loaded and we got to see several high-level players team up that normally wouldn’t which always makes for entertaining basketball. The list of stock risers from Sunday’s camp is long but these are a few 2026s that helped themselves this weekend.
Trey Rhodes Trey Rhodes 6’4″ | SF Cedar Grove | 2026 State GA was on a mission this weekend and separated himself as not only a top underclassmen, but one of the top prospects in the entire camp. Rhodes has an eye-opening wingspan to pair with good athleticism and we saw what he could do above the rim on Sunday. Those tools also come in to play on the glass and the defensive end where Rhodes excels. The scoring package has come a long way and while it was an off shooting day, the confidence and touch looked promising. Rhodes joins Redline teammate Charlie Gersmehl Charlie Gersmehl 6’7″ | PF Gainesville | 2026 State GA and a few other notable transfers at Gainesville this year under new head coach Charlemagne Gibbons.

Denilson Torres Denilson Torres 5’10” | PG Norcross | 2026 State GA was slicing and dicing through defenses all afternoon on his way to a ton of buckets. Torres is a skilled little point guard that loves to get into the teeth of the defense where he can utilize shot fakes and floaters. He’s got a tight handle and natural playmaking insticts. The next step for Torres is learning to control the pace and direct traffic so we’ll need to see him play more in team enviroments. While he may see limited run with Norcross this year, Denilson Torres Denilson Torres 5’10” | PG Norcross | 2026 State GA is one to keep on the radar.
Jah’Siah Payne
Jah’Siah Payne
Jah’Siah Payne was one of many new faces that emerged on Sunday and caught the eyes of PrepHoops scouts. Payne is a strong-bodied point guard with size to impact the varsity level as a sophomore. The way that Payne incorpoprates change of speed had most defenders a step behind on Sunday. He had a number of strong drives, finishing strong through contact and showing confidence in both hands. The departure of key seniors leaves the door open for guys like Payne to breakout this year at New Manchester.
Cooper Glover Cooper Glover 6’4″ | CG Cherokee Bluff | 2026 State GA put forth an excellent showing at the Top 250 Expo, proving that he’s taken a major step forward from when we saw him at last year’s Freshman Showcase. Glover’s athleticism was on full display with multiple dunks and alley-top finishes. Meanwhile, he’s skilled on the perimeter and adept at creating for others. His combination of size, skill, and athleticism make for a ton of positional versatility. Glover should see a much bigger role for Cherokee Bluff this season and I imagine he’ll continue to rise up 2026 boards.
Chace North Chace North 6’3″ | SF Central-Carrollton | 2026 State GA has been generating more and more buzz with every big-stage performance. North is always willing to do the dirty work, often resulting in solid point production as it did on Sunday. He’s a great finisher around the rim and scored a ton of points in the paint off both penetration and put-back opportunites. Unless North has another growth spurt in the tank, the next step in his development will be polishing the perimeter skillset and shooting the three more consistently. That being said, his defensive impact far exceeds that of most 2026 prospects. North has shown the ability to guard 1-4 effectively and he really gets after it on that end of the floor.
