Gabriel Sularski Gabriel Sularski 6'5" | SF Lemont | 2026 State IL (Benet)
No doubt about it Sularski is the top prospect in the 2026 class. He was a bit underwhelming in the Top 30 game, but what he showed in his first and third games of the camp we caught was spectacular. The long and lanky lefty stands at 6’6” with excellent feel on the offensive end. He is a legit three level scoring threat that bombed in threes on the regular. Also used his handles in traffic and long strides to get to the cup. Gritty player that is excellent at finishing in among the trees. Mixed in some mid-range jumpers and baseline shots as well. Love how he attacks the offensive glass for second chance points. Also adept at grabbing defensive boards and pushing off it. Passes the rock with flair as he gets others involved when the defense collapses finding teammates for easy looks. Defensively he competes and consistently creates turnovers leading to points on the other end. What makes Sularski special is how he impacts the game when not even scoring although he is an elite scoring threat.
Jamson Coulter Jamson Coulter 6'2" | SG Rich Township | 2026 State IL (Rich Township)
Coulter is one of the top 5 prospects in the sophomore class. Thick bodied guard that uses his power and craftiness to get the job done offensively. Just pours buckets in. The 6’3” two guard is at his best when going downhill with his handles and power finishing right through his man. He is so crafty with his array of finishing moves knowing how to create space to get it off. Also had some spin moves and threw down a nasty off hand dunk. The lefty changes gears well and has a quick cross keeping the defense off balance. Potential as a shooter hitting a couple off the bounce. Next step of his development will be emerging a skill other than scoring that can make him an elite player.
Cameron Mercer Cameron Mercer 6'2" | SG Riverside Brookfield | 2026 State IL (Riverside Brookfield)
Mercer impressed us over the summer and showed flashes again at Pangos. The 6’2” shooting guard from RB has the look of a projectable two way wing long term. Plus shot maker from three that hit several of them in the Top 60 game. Athleticism shines through in the open floor and crashes the offensive glass from his guard spot.
Karson Thomas Karson Thomas 6'4" | SF Lincoln Way East | 2026 State IL (Lincoln Way East)
Thomas had an impressive outing at Pangos. The 6’3” wing has a strong frame and plays with a high-motor. Early on in the camp it was his physicality and toughness that stood out. On Sunday he shot the ball exceptionally well in the 15-18 foot range as he was pouring in mid-range shots over and over again. Has all the tools to be a quality defender long term.
Masen Johnson Masen Johnson 6'2" | SG Jacksonville | 2026 State IL (Jacksonville)
Johnson was one of the more pleasant surprises of the camp. The 6’2” scoring guard has projectability and a calmness to his game. He was absolutely lights out as a shooter draining four of them in the game we caught from him on the first day of the camp. Quick and effortless release. Will definitely be a prospect to see his name in our updated rankings mid-season.
Synceare Simons Synceare Simons 6'3" | SG United Township | 2026 State IL (United Township)
Simons is a 6’3” two guard from central Illinois that sat just outside of the rankings last time and will definitely be in the next addition after we got to see him in person. Wing with good size and frame. Solid passing feel for an off guard. Capable shooter from three. One to watch in central Illinois.
Jalil Amous Jalil Amous 6'2" | CG Perspective Leadership Academy | 2026 IL (Richards)
Richards 6’2” wing is a thick bodied small forward that has an overall solid skill set. Good rebounder. Can handle it. Seemed to always be making plays. Might not physically look the part now, but last time I doubted a player early in the process with the same profile with same build and super long arms it turned out to be Talen Horton-Tucker who flew up the board once he hit the growth spurt and thinned out. Potential here with the skill and motor.
Bruk Webb (Jones)
Jones College Prep 6’1” shooting guard has a thick frame and decent handles. Played with strength and was good in the open floor. Hit one three in the game we saw although it was almost as if he shoots it with two hands.
Panayiotis Sotos Panayiotis Sotos 6'2" | CG Maine South | 2026 IL (Maine South)
Another under the radar shooting guard here as this 6’2” Maine South sophomore knocked down several threes in the game we saw and flashed being able to deck it with straight line takes.
Caleb Henry Caleb Henry 6'5" | SF De La Salle | 2026 IL (De La Salle)
Henry is a 6’5” small forward that has some intriguing tools. Long and wiry wing that was really effective shooting it from mid-range. Could deck it along the baseline as well. Part of a very strong sophomore group for the Meteors.
