We had the opportunity to see a lot of good players who are operating under the radar. Here are some New Names of players who we watched this weekend at the CNR Fall League.
Cash Eivins (Clopton): A thick-bodied 6’4″ 2024 power forward who is an absolute load in the paint to deal with. When he seals his defender on his backside in the low post, there’s not much he can do but let him catch the ball and score on the drop step. He has good fundamentals and excellent footwork inside. He commanded quite a few double-teams and he was able to pass the ball out very effectively to open teammates. He is also automatic when he catches the ball from the high post area as he hit one jumper after another. He helped lead Clopton to the Class 2 state quarterfinals last season.

Gavin Kimberlin ( Dangerous Alliance ): A 6’3″ 2025 guard who plays for the St. Louis Knights Home School team. He is a talented player with good court awareness at both ends of the court. He opened Friday night’s game with a pair of smooth drives, which resulted in easy buckets. When he was matched up with a smaller guard, he went into the post and was able to score with some impressive footwork. His handles and passing ability were very good and he also hit multiple 3-pointers off the catch.

Kionte Coe (Bethlehem Varsity): A 6’1″ 2024 guard from Gateway who was one of the most impressive perimeter shooters that I watched during Saturday’s action. He hit six 3-pointers in the game to keep his team competitive. He saw a zone defense and his eyes lit up as he drained one long distance triple after another. He is also a skilled ball handler who can create off the dribble. He hit a nice 15 foot turnaround jumper off the baseline. He also slashed very well after attacking the close outs. He was also a willing and very competitive defensive player who could provided good on-ball pressure.

Nick Turner Nick Turner 6'0" | C Fort Zumwalt West | 2025 MO (GAC United): A 6’0″ 2025 guard from Fort Zumwalt West who was very good when he was on the attack. He would get the ball in transition and seek the contact when he got into the lane. He was able to either score or get himself to the free throw line. He was also shooting the 3-pointer well on Saturday as he hit multiple triples. He also played the passing lanes well on defense to get steals and transition layups.

Jack Cubbage (Magic): A 6’7″ 2025 forward from Eureka who has a long and slender build. He plays a finesse game that is very effective as he can operate while facing the basket. He can also stretch the floor with his ability to knock down 3-pointers. He keeps the ball high on the catch and he is capable of scoring with either hand around the basket.
