Is McMorran the best shooter in the state? The lefty is the reigning combine MVP, after putting on a tremendous display in last year’s event. His combination of range, and off the bounce shooting ability, remind you of current Ohio St Committ John Mobley Jr. He was the winner of the Steph Curry drill, finishing with the most makes of any player. It will be exciting to see how much he’s developed in the last year, specifically his physique. Looking forward to watching his overall improvement at the Combine.
Elizah Scott
Elizah Scott
Scott is one of the most productive players I’ve seen at the middle school level. He rarely needs plays run for him, yet winds up with a 20 piece. The hard playing guard will be a player to watch, as he’s improved his outside shooting and athleticism over the course of the past 6 to 8 months.
Trey Mckinney
Trey Mckinney
We are less than a year away from the first class of 2028 rankings, and Mckinney looks like a player capable of vying for that top spot. He has the wow factor, as we may have to break out the vertical test record books for him. He will certainly be one of the top high flyers at the event. It should be fun to watch him develop into a natural position, answering the question of if he’ll be more of a shooting guard or small forward.

Carter is a player ready to make a name for himself. The guard is a competitive player capable of thriving at the 1 or 2. He’ll defend on ball and with camp settings being nortorious for lack of defense, it will be fun to watch him display one of his top skills.
Eric Hopkins
Eric Hopkins
It’s only natural to watch size, and Hopkins has that. The strong forward is an aggressive glass cleaner with the ability to dominate the boards. There are a few reasons to watch him during the combine. First it will be great to get a measurment on his vertical, but more important, I want to see how he does in the shooting test, as bigs rarely get to show their range at this level.
Jordan Troya
Jordan Troya
Troya was a bucket all summer, showing tremendous skill. He is a talented player with the ball in his hands, showing the ability to handle pressure. He has a nice finishing game as well, already showing some advanced moves in the lane. What will be fun to watch is how effective he is as a scorer, because the guard has the ability to be electrfying once he gets going.
Diezel Woods
Diezel Woods
Woods is a player that can benifit tremendously from the event. The big man is a fluid runner that has gradually progressed over the last year. In addition to getting his name out on the radar, the camp will serve as a place for him to hone his skills, from some of the top high school coaches in the state.
Myles Hooks
Myles Hooks
Hooks was one of the more impressive physical specimans at last year’s camp. He measured in at a 69 inch wingspan on a 5’8 frame. He also was one of the top leapers, measuring out at over 21 inches for a true vertical. He has skill, and has been developing his dribbling, passing and shooting quite nicely. The Combine will be the perfect platform for the stockriser.
