There is arguably no guard in the state that has risen as much as 5'7 lead guard out of Evansville Bosse. While he has the build of a true lead guard, Howell is one of the best pure scorers in the state and can do it at many levels on the floor. He has elite quick speed on the ball that allows him to burst past defenders and push the pace whenever he wants to. Howell put up 23.2 points per game as a junior and his recruitment has finally started to pick up. He is going to put up insane numbers this year and don't be shocked if he is not in the top 10 when it comes to points per game in the state. Howell is a player that all levels need to watch.
