Prep Hoops Missouri continues its team evaluations from last Saturday's Freshman Showcase at Principia School with a look at the members of Team 3

Tommy Callicut (Olive Branch, MS): A 6'3" thick-bodied forward who had the game of a mini-Charles Barkley. He used his size and strength to have his way with taller plays inside. He was snatching rebounds and throwing out an excellent outlet pass. He was also a smooth operator on the perimeter. He can handle it and pass it like a guard and he can also drop off defenders to knock down perimeter jumpers. He was also hitting 3-pointers off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2239022' first='Khalil' last='Crain'] (Hazelwood West): A 5'10" lefty point guard who plays with a pass-first mentality that was very effective for his team. He was very unselfish as he advanced the ball with the pass on the break and he also gave up his open shot to make the extra pass to the teammate with a better shot. He has good quickness and the handles to create his own shot. He penetrates well and he can also hit the step-back jumper.

Aiden Stevenson (Cardinal Ritter): A 5'7" point guard who took full advantage of his speed and quickness to make things happen in the open court. He has a nice burst to beat defenders on his dribble penetration and he could also split the double team to free himself from pressure. He was very effective in iso situations as he could break down defenders for layups and perimeter jumpers.

Cason Howard (Giles County, TN): A 5'10" guard who has good quickness and athleticism. He showed to be a good slashing threat who could also excel in the open court. He was also hitting open 3-pointers off the catch. He could put together a stretch of buckets when he got into his rhythm. He also moved well without the ball as he could score off his sharp cutting.

Brayden Holdenried (Seckman): A 6'2" wing who plays the game with a high amount of energy. He was in constant motion and running the lanes in transition to get layups. He also used his length well on the defensive end to get steals and deflections. The young lefty also did a nice job camping himself in the corner and knocking down 3-pointers off the catch.

Miles Robe (Timberland): A 6'0" guard with good quickness and had the ability to turn the corner to get to the basket. His cross-over move was also very effective. He was also quick to get to the offensive boards to get buckets on putbacks. He did a very good job on the defensive end with his ability to play the passing lanes to get steals and deflections.

Wilson Freiburg (Quincy, IL): A 6'2" forward who played a solid game around the basket. He had good moves in the paint and he made good use of pump fakes to get defenders off their feet.

Camden Daniels Jr. (Marquette Christian): A 5'7" guard who has good speed and could play with good pace. He was very effective in the transition game where he had a couple of nice finishes. He was very adept at slipping behind defenders and finding open spots on the floor.
