TEAM 4 Player Notes
-Has a thick and strong build
-Appears to be a physical finisher
-Can score with both hands
-Produced in transition
-Intercepted passes
-Used strength to score after contact
-Looked good catching in traffic and finishing
-Accurate passer who found shooters
-Spaces the floor and he can shoot the 3
-Delivered a behind the back bounce pass in transition to Evenson for a score, IMPRESSIVE
-Unselfish & skilled
-Pushed the ball ahead in transition
-Smooth catch-n-score during a 2on1 fast break
-Double teamed a ballhandler in full-court, led to a tip-steal and an easy layup
-Had a nice showing at the Expo
Highlights
-Honorable Mention All-Expo
-It was my first time seeing him and Braylen was impressive
-Sneaky on defense and he created turnovers
-Picked off passes, deflected, and stole the ball
-Skilled and crafty
-Delivered a 3/4 court dime to Virtue, dropped it right in the bread basket, beautiful pass
-Played fast and scored in transition
-Slashed and scored with a sweet floater
-Has a dirty inside-out dribble move
-Got smoking hot and drained many three-pointers
-Turned on the spin cycle and left his defender in the dust
-His eyes are always up the floor or scanning in the half-court
-Plays mature and smart
-He was unselfish when attacking, dished multiple assists
-Looks to have a bright future, PHD is a fan!
-Looks to be a strong player
-Held his own on post defense
-Forced a TO with a pickpocket steal
-Capable 3-shooter
-Knocked down triple via catch-n-shoot, effortless shot with no wasted movement
-1st Team All-Expo
-Named to All-Expo Team in both Sessions
-Easy Money cashed numerous 3’s
-His added size helped him finish at the hoop and it happened often
-Broke some ankles with his killer-cross
-Played hard and hit the glass, multiple O-boards, was aggressive to the ball
-Picked off a pass with full-court pressure
-Scored with a delightful floater/runner mid-paint
-Great anticipation on defense, read eyes like a LB
-Showcased impressive combo-moves when breaking down the D
-Has turned himself into a 3-level scorer
-Passed the ball like a PG instead of a wing/shooter
-Court vision was awe-inspiring
-Hustled and dove on floor to save the ball
-Scored with a lefty finger roll, elevates well & gets up to the iron
-Showed craftiness with an inside-hand score
-Easy Money is ready for a Show-Time Season
-Not the biggest player but certainly has some talent
-Knocked down shots via the pull-up & catch-n-shoot
-Can score at the hoop with left and/or right
-Looked fluid when cashing triples off the catch, did it multiple times
-Hustled and grabbed O-boards
-Has a soft and high arcing shot
-I am interested to hear what level he plays this winter at Washington
-Has good length, long arms, and he moves well
-Looked good with a slash-n-score from mid-paint
-Runs the floor well
-Had a nice baseline drive and he showed a soft floater
-Picked up a loose ball steal, was smart and passed the ball ahead right away in transition
-Good vision out of the post, made unselfish passes
-Hit cutters for good looks
-Good help-side D/off-ball defender
-Walled-up and cut off attackers
-Created turnovers
-Contested shots with a high hand
-Hustled back on defense, tipped pass to save a basket
-Furman has a ton of potential
Highlights
-2nd Team All-Expo
-Battled on every possession
-Scored a ton of points around the hoop
-Did not back down from bigger opponents
-I liked his two-foot finishes
-Scored multiple buckets with run-out layups
-A clever player, loved when he slipped a screen for a BLOB score
-Gathered up many O-boards
-Drew contact and shot multiple FT’s
-Efficient & effective cutter
-Reliable hands
-Scored with a soft floater
-Fought for boards and gave extra effort
-Slashed and kicked to shooters when he didn’t have a good look
-Showed his range by knocking down a catch-n-shoot triple from the coffin corner
-Good instincts on D, came across the lane to pick off a pass
-Loved his vertical cut & score, showed sticky hands as that pass had some heat on it
-Showed his bounce with a 2-handed dunk
-Will put up gaudy numbers this winter and could easily be an All-State player
-Custer will be SCARY
-Put up points slashing to the rim
-Knocked down a triple, smooth shooter
-Has proper shooting mechanics
-Scores from multiple levels
-Spaced and balanced the floor
-Moved and shared the ball
-Showed a crafty and fluid spin-move
-I liked how he drove middle, attracted help, and found shooters
