If you have not had a chance to watch this kid already, he is going to really surprise you. Many players think they’re underrated but players like junior just put in the work and show results. Junior has put on weight and muscle, he is jumping higher and he is handling the ball well. His ability to play that wing position and make his way to the rim and also shoot the ball is just impresive. He is build to play fast and he is built to finish. Junior is catching the eyes of national scouts. Big year ahead of this guy.
Highlights
We knew this kid was good but his leveling up this freshman to sophomore year is crazy. Drisdom looks like a D1 running back and he plays with speed and the way he is reading the defense right now is just impressive. He is making teams pay for going under screens, so teams need to regroup on that. Look for Drisdom to continue to rise and look for him to move a few spots as well.
Rahiti has been in the weigh-troom and almost every single time we are at Juan Diego for whatever he is in the gym, playing, watching or lifting. He is playing with quickness but is more under control, he has strength but he is not over doing it. Really like his development and he might be better than his older brother who is playing football at Weber State. They might need to put this kid out on the football field and teach him how to play linebacker.
One player that has impressed us with his elevated play. He seemed to have shaken the varsity jitters and started finding his rhythm. He is built to make big shots. He is a player that will make his way up the rankings and has a shot to make a big impact this season.
Highlights
Many might say who, but this kid can hoop. He is all of 6’5 and he is a passing wing that is not afraid to get in the post but he is solid at the free-throw-line making things happen. Look for him to make his way up the rankings.
