Cale might benefit the most from the new coach that has coached several bigs withhis skills that have played at a high level. Cale use to just sit in the corner and try and do work form there, but now he has put on some solid muscle and he is rim running and working his way inside out and his game is similar as he can hurt you inside and out. When he is running the floor he can hit you with a trail three or he can fill a wing and light you up. He can also get inside and use his quickness to get some easy buckets as well. Cale still has upside and he might just have a big year this season. Realistically he can make amove into the mid-teens.
The kid does not complain, he doesn’t get on social media and complains, he just hoops. Easton could really step up and fill a big role early for his Fremont squad as they will look for him to pick up some of the scoring and the creating as well. He is quick and can get in that lane and make life miserable for the defense and life a lot easier for his bigs and shooters. Never underestimate Fremont as they have kids in the pipeline ready to roll and Easton is one of them. Easton could make his way up 6-8 spots in the rankings.
Bryton might have played his way to getting the keys to the “BENZ” over at Corner Canyon. With Bryton at the wheel he has been able to get the ball to where it needs to be and he is one of the most unselfish PG’s that deserves more credit. He played his role at Juan Diego and he will now play a different role at CCHS and he is getting the ball to his shooters, his bigs and he is also hitting jumpers and open three-pointers. This is exactly what Corner Canyon needed as the y really needed a PG like this to get that ball moving. Bryton could make his way up in to the mid 20’s with ease.
Sometimes who you play for and who you play against is very important when it comes to your recruiting. Winning also helps and that is what we expect from this young player as he leaves a small school where he had some success to a bigger school that usually plays a tough schedule and that will not only help his stock it will help him get better as he is playing against better competition. Look for Olivo to have the stage and have a solid season.
Highlights
Carter might be at a smaller school but the kid is going to light that classification up. His shooting ability and the reality of him playing against a lot of zone is going to really help his numbers. Look for Carter to have a big year at his new school.
