Puckett moves into the Top 20 inside the 2026 rankings as he moves from No. 35 into the 17th spot in the latest rankings update. He’s an aggressive wing prospect at 6-foot-3 who’s shown he can hold his own already in the early going as Panther Creek High reloads their rotation for the upcoming season. He’s shown he can do a few different things on the hardwood as an early Division I prospect to track in the class with his skill set.
Jaire Richburg Jaire Richburg 6’4″ | SF East Forsyth | 2026 State NC is an impressive wing/guard prospect with a knack for attacking the rim and knocking down shots on the perimeter. He produced 16.3 PPG, 4.6 RPG and 1.7 APG on 55 percent shooting from deep and 62.9 percent shooting from the field at EYBL Peach Jam with Team CP3 this past July. He was a pivotal piece in their quest to a Peach Jam title on the 15U EYBL stage this past summer and is due for a strong sophomore campaign as he joins the East Forsyth High lineup in 2023-24. High Point has offered him.
Tarris Bouie Tarris Bouie 6’5″ | CG JL Chambers | 2026 State NC is another prospect at JL Chambers High in the 2026 class who’s seen his stock grow this summer as he moves from 36th into the 24th spot in the latest update. He’s a versatile presence at 6-foot-3 who’s shown he can operate with and without the ball in his hands on the EYBL stage with Team United . He holds offers from Charlotte, College of Charleston, Hampton, Radford and Mt. Saint Mary’s.

Brycen Dubose Brycen Dubose 6’4″ | SF Cardinal Gibbons | 2026 State NC is an underrated forward prospect who plays much bigger than his listed height of 6-foot-3. He moves from No. 52 into the 38th spot as he enters his sophomore season with Cardinal Gibbons High. He had a productive grassroots season with FBP Elite on the independent scene as a presence who can rebound in bunches, handle the ball and knock down shots in a variety of ways. Look for him to be a burden in the NCHSAA 4A CAP 6 Conference this season.
Tyler Brown Tyler Brown 6’8″ | PF Cox Mill | 2026 State NC is an emerging sophomore forward who’s due to really grow in the Cox Mill High rotation after getting his feet wet on the varsity stage this past season. He moves from No. 70 into the Top 50 at No. 44 in the latest update of the 2026 class. He’s shown tremendous development as a prospect who can play above the rim on both ends of the floor with his length and athleticism at 6-foot-8. He averaged 2.8 PPG and 2.3 RPG as a freshman with the Chargers and is due to break out this year.
