Shackelford plays with a good amount of energy on the defensive end as well where he can guard multiple positions as well as adjust to a pick-and-roll where he challenges shots at the rim using his length. He is a high-level rebounder from the guard position as he uses his athleticism to an advantage as well. On the offensive end, Brown plays with a ton of fluidity where he can score off the bounce as well as off the catch. He can also operate the offense where he finishes efficiently around the rim in the pick-and-roll offense. On the defensive side, Brown is the true definition of a playmaker where he is active in the passing lanes winning all the hustle plays. He does a great job in the low post where his footwork has continued to improve over the off-season as he finishes with a ton of intensity. Mahoney has also continued to improve his jump shot from 15-feet and in where he has a smooth release. On the defensive end, he has a strong nose for rebounds and can quickly push the ball up the floor in transition. Patterson also does a great job at knowing when to shoot versus pass the basketball with his great IQ as well as bring great court vision. On the defensive end, Patterson brings physical and mental toughness to his game where he can be found guarding mismatches and challenging shots in the paint. White has a great blend of size, speed and athleticism where he can finish above the rim as well. He is also a great off the ball defender where he causes havoc and makes it difficult for opposing guards to find open teammates. White will be a name to keep an eye on this season as he makes his presence felt on both ends of the floor.
