2. Rahjon Chambers Rahjon Chambers 6'1" | SG Legacy | 2024 State NV – Has improved his overall game. He handles it better, which has made him a much better playmaker. His athleticism has rounded out his overall improvement, as Chambers has developed into one of the state’s top R&J guys.
3. Jaiden Cobb Jaiden Cobb 6'1" | CG Palo Verde | 2026 State NV – He has improved some of the things he was already good at. Cobb has an even better handle and has shown that he can create for teammates with the ball in his hand.
4. AJ Duke AJ Duke 5'8" | CG Legacy | 2025 State NV – Something must be in the water at Legacy because Duke is another Longhorn who has really improved his game. The scoring guard should fit in nicely next to PG extraordinaire Antonio Burns Antonio Burns 5'10" | PG Legacy | 2025 State NV .
5. Brycen Nickerson Brycen Nickerson 6'1" | SG Shadow Ridge | 2024 State NV – Nickerson is a guy that seems to always perform well when I watch him. Now it’s time for him to translate his play to the high school season. The lefty is a dynamic scorer who could easily use a couple of high-scoring games to validate his improvement.
6. Dante Steward Dante Steward 6'4" | PF Liberty | 2026 State NV – Has all the physical tools to stand out. Steward is a big-time athlete, that can impact games with his play above the rim. If he brings the type of edge that I saw from him a few weeks ago, look for him to be a most improved candidate.
7. Demarion Yap Demarion Yap 6'2" | SG Arbor View | 2024 State NV – He started to come on toward the end of last season. He has a signature skill, and if he continues to add value with his shooting, he could be one of the more improved players heading into this season.
8. Curtis Coleman Curtis Coleman 6'4" | SG Desert Pines | 2026 State NV – A lot of DP’s success will be tied to Coleman’s improvement as a player. Look for a significant increase in minutes to lead in an overall increase in production from the Sophomore.
9. Cordae Feazell Cordae Feazell 5'11" | CG Cheyenne | 2025 State NV – Look for Feazell to be another in a long line of talented Desert Shield guards. He scores effectively and can play the 1 or the 2.
10. Jack Walker Jack Walker 6'5" | PF Boulder City | 2025 State NV – Walker is one of the top glue guys in the state. He earned his way to the position, as the BC forward has slimmed down, and gotten himself in terrific shape. Look for the increased physique to result in increased production.
