Layton High School
KJ Miller KJ Miller 6'3" | CG Layton | 2024 State UT is one of the top scorers and shooters in his class and he is sneaky good, when you pair him up with Mekhi you really have one of the toughest backcourts around. Not only does Mekhi provide some solid lead guard skills, he also gets in the paint and finds his open shooter (KJ) as he gets great looks at the rim. Layton could really be a sleeper in 6A as they have excellent guard play and could really make a run with the way that these two play off of each other. Mekhi is tuff in the pick n’ roll and if you put KJ on the help-side KJ will hurt you with his shooting ability. This DUO is impressive out in Region 1.
Farmington High School
DO NOT make the mistake of thinking that Farmington is an after thought because they have a sneaky good roster. This DUO is an inside outside two way combo. Paul is a hidden talent with the way he can impact both ends of the floor. He can make some solid moves with his back to the basket but he can also make soem solid moves on face-ups and at the high post. He can go over both shoulders and his mid-range is nice. Paul is a double-double type of player with a big motor. Jayden is making a move up in the rankings but with a solid 2024 group in the class in general he is a high value next level player. His scoring ability is rising in the perimeter and in his attacks. Stay tuned because this DUO is tough.

Davis High School
The two players are poised to have breakout seasons. Coleman has a unique game that allows him to olay lead guard and with size and shooting ability running the PG he can really score the ball. He is always ready to shoot the ball and in transition he is a big time floor spreading player. He can really spread the floor in the deep corner and he cana lso attack the rim and finish. Look for him to have a breakout season. Zach on the other hand will be one of those Swiss Army Knife type players as he will cleanup the coards and he will also defend at a high level as wlel as score the ball. He has been elevating his game every year and this could be a big year for him when it comes to his value at the next level.

Weber High School
A little bit of lead guard and wing action but Weber has two dudes right off the bat that are bound to be some of the best out in Region 1. Malachi right off the bat is a big guard with positional size. Malachi has the type of skill-set that can really pop this year. He could end up being a steal in this recruiting class. Then you go with Hunter who is one of the best scoring guards in the state. Hunter can go and get you a bucket and he can get you a stop on the other side of the floor. Weber should be a much improved team this season with this DUO on the floor.
