Impressive guard with quickness! He had a good showing and has been a proven player already. He is a bucket getter who has put in the work to become better. He had some nice spin moves to the baket and used his quickness to shoot it off the dribble. I had a star next to his name on the roster packet. That is what he is capable of. Being a star player this season. He has already been a good one. rn
David showed a lot of versatility at the Expo. He is a great shooter at 6’4. He is a grab and go rebounder capable of running the break with good decisions. He did that, hitting the open man for a bucket on a nice dish after grabbing the rebound. He scored well from all levels, not just the three. He was one of the top players on his team in the game I saw. He got himself involved and made his mark on both ends.
I was surprised to see that he is only a sophomore. He played well with confidence, not holding back. He is going to be a good one. He had some grab and go rebounds. He had a dunk, showing his athleticism. He has a great feel for the game. He also impressed with some of his decision making and passing. He had some good looks. He is a prospect to watch the next three years. rn
Highlights
Tate stood out with his nice ball-skills. He is a good ball handling guard which I noticed right away. He took care of the ball, and had some really good floor vision. He made some nice passes for buckets. He has some growing to do more than likely which will give him good length and the capability of playing the one or two.
