[player_tooltip player_id='1218217' first='Josh' last='Smith'] 6'2" Madison Prep

Josh is a phenomenal shooting guard who can stroke it from deep. He averaged over 13 points a game last season. He has great quickness off the dribble and very smooth looking pure shot from the outside. He isn't afraid to attack the rim off the dribble. Josh plays good high intensity defense and creates turnovers with his hustle. Madison Prep lost in the State Championship last season. They are my pick to win the Division II Select Championship this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1479625' first='Broderick' last='Brooks'] 6' 4" Zachary

Broderick has the size and athleticism to play at the next level. He is a very accurate three point shooter . He also attacks the rim with high energy and extreme force off the dribble. Broderick is one the better defenders in the state and can guard multiple positions. Zachary didn't go to the playoffs last season and are ready for a return to the post season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1277352' first='Keith' last='Jones'] 6'4" Edna Karr

Keith is another big time guard who has all the tools to play at the next level. He averaged over 16 points a game and can shoot it from NBA range. He plays both ends of the court extremely well. Keith has good ball handling skills and knows how to get open without the ball in his hands. He seems to always be at the right spot defensively and is a must see player this year for college coaches. Edna Karr lost in the 2nd round of the state playoffs this past year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1218194' first='Jaylin' last='Johnson'] 6'3" Alexandria

Jaylin had a terrific junior season . He averaged over 12 points and 4 rebounds a game. He has the size and skills to play at the next level. He is a very versatile player who can play the one ,two or three positions. He is a good shooter from deep and mid-range. Jaylin is a good defensive player who can finish in transition. Alexandria lost in the 2nd round of the state playoffs last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1434766' first='Jeremiah' last='Lewis'] 6'1" Ponchatoula

Jeremiah is one of my favorite players to watch in the Hammond area. He averaged over 11 points a game last season and is a big reason why the green wave won the state championship last season in Division I Non Select. Jeremiah is a good shooter and ball handler and plays great defense. He plays with high energy all the time and will lead the green wave back to the playoffs again this year.
