Here are the top-8 PF's in the 2024 class: (Another incredible group with high upside).

[player_tooltip player_id='1055726' first='Sammie' last='Yeanay'] AZ Compass Prep

A physical specimen is about as powerful as it gets in HS basketball. He throws it down with authority, runs the floor well and will rebound and block shots out of his area. He can also step out and hit the three with success.

[player_tooltip player_id='1634726' first='Makhan' last='Diouf'] Bella Vista Prep

A freaky long forward with versatility. He handles the ball unusually well for his size and can make plays. He can hit the three, throw it down on the break, rip thru in traffic and defend. He can defend multiple positions with his fluidity and rebound and block shots at a good clip.

[player_tooltip player_id='1284846' first='Jason' last='Asemota'] Hillcrest Prep

A combo forward with good size plays both forward spots. He is a face-up forward who can rattle in triples and he handles the ball better than most on this list. He can get to the rim and is top-notch in the transition game.

[player_tooltip player_id='939069' first='Davius' last='Loury'] Phhoenix Prep

Another bigger forward who is an effortless shooter. He has range well beyond the stripe and gets it off his hands cleanly and quickly. He is tough to defend on the break with difficult layups high off the glass on the norm using his long arms.

[player_tooltip player_id='2133111' first='Blake' last='Ammons'] Phhoenix Prep

Another extremely tall power forward is highly skilled. He has a nice touch from mid-range and steps out to hit the three easily. He scores on put backs, dunks on the break and catches many lobs with his length, size and bounce.

[player_tooltip player_id='1809640' first='Jinup' last='Dobuol'] Phhoenix Prep

A sharp shooting forward has climbed college coaches boards in the last month. One of the hottest names in the state has been torching hot from deep with a quick trigger and brings size. He blocks shots at a high rate and rebounds in his area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1131814' first='Ring' last='Nyeri'] Liberty (Pictured)

Another name that has been swirling around is Ring. He is very unique where he has the proper size with good skill from the three point line off the pull or catch and moves well in space on defense. He will also protect the paint and once he fills in, coaches may be kicking themselves for not getting on him earlier.

[player_tooltip player_id='1050391' first='Tarik' last='Watson'] Hillcrest Prep

Another transfer to the state is Watson. He is well built at around 220 lbs and can work inside plus score from mid to the three point line. He uses his frame, length and strength to rebound and block shots plus he is a sneaky good passer.
