Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo Player Evaluations – Team 4

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo has become an annual event that rivals any put on throughout the year in the Hoosier State. On Sunday afternoon and evening at the Noblesville Boys &amp; Girls Club nearly 1500 of the states best Class of 2024, 2025, and 2026 prospects came to display their skills in front of many of the most influential people in Indiana High School Basketball. This event is the premier way to get “on the radar” prior to the high school season. Over the next week or so it will become clear why we always say “nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops Indiana.” With that said, here are the player evaluations from Team 4 of the 2023 Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>***With nearly 150 prospects at our event, I was able to watch 12 of the 16 teams live. Since the event, I've gone back to watch the other four on BallerTV in order to complete all of the player evaluations. However, as you can imagine, this is not the easiest task. There were some late player additions and walk-ups that threw a wrench into some rosters. Fishel has good footwork when working off of screening action and moving into his shot on the perimeter and then has a quick release as well to get his shot off. The 5'11u0022 guard from Orleans High School displayed good on-ball defense with active feet, good hands, and come away with a couple steals that led to easy buckets for his team. He also knocked in a pull-up three-point shot in transition. The strong, 6'3u0022 guard was highly productive scoring the ball from all different spots on the floor. Rhodes made several though shots off of the dribble including a couple of pull-up three-pointers, finished a tough left-handed layup at the end of a nice drive, and threw down a big dunk in transition. Compton is very shifty with the ball in his hands, has a tight handle, and can get into the paint consistently. Once he gets to his spot he has the athleticism and body control to rise up and score as well. He knocked in a couple of shots from beyond the arc as well. Juraskovich is a capable catch-and-shoot threat from beyond the arc, but on Sunday he impressed the most with his movement off of the ball and how he contributed without scoring. He flashed into the middle of the defense and was productive from the free throw line area, cut hard away from the ball, and rebounded consistently on both ends of the floor. The 6'2u0022 guard will play his senior season at Bishop Chatard after being at Riverside last season and should take on a scoring role in the Trojans backcourt.
