Finn Rolseth || Wyoming ||
This out of towner was one fo the best players out there this past Saturday as he was doing everything that a next level coach would want from a wing that is about 6’4 or 6’5 as he was one of the most vocal players on the floor and on the bench. He can play the 2 or the 3 at the next level and the way he plays with a superior high motor you cannot deny what he can do as he rebounds and scores. Finn was cleaning the glass and was pushing the break. He was playing the right way and getting the ball to open players and he was doing a little bit of everything on the offensive end. When he caught the ball in the mid-post he showed that he could use that fadeaway and he could also turn and face and have an advantage. He was giving out buckets to smaller defenders and he was also working bigger players trying to guard him in the perimeter. He made one of the plays of the evening as he caught the ball in teh corner and made a quick move and went basline and rose up and finished above the rim. This kid needs to be on small school radars. Colorado Northwestern, Central Wyoming y’all need to come after this kid he is nice.
Otavio Armani Otavio Armani 6'5" | CG Layton Christian | 2024 State UT || Layton Christian Academy ||
Otavio was a man among men here and he is looking built and he used that strength to get what he wanted when he wanted. Love teh anticipation and quick reflexes on defense that allowed him to pick up steals and he had an amazing play as he weaved through the defense and he found a lane and rose up and flushed it with ease. We are excited to see what he does in his senior year. This kid can hoop for sure.
Solomon King Solomon King 6'4" | SF Judge Memorial | 2026 State UT || Judge Memorial Catholic||
The sophomore was playing in his comfort zone. Solomon was rising above the rim and he is explosive and he is going to ge an electric player on an already loaded roster for Judge Memorial. The kid has some wiggle with the ball inhis hands and he was moving the ball. He is a new name to know for sure as he was a big standout on Saturday.
Kianu Dzakic Kianu Dzakic 6'0" | CG Hunter | 2025 State UT || Hunter High School ||
Kianu has some skills that might not jump out off at you right away but if you pay attention he really impacts the game with the way that he can get into the lane and finish and you pair that up with his great shooting ability. He always finds a way to make an impact on the game on both ends of the floor. He will be one of three really good guards over at Hunter that will play fast and score the ball.
Gabe Cowan Gabe Cowan 6'4" | CG Lehi | 2024 State UT || Lehi High School ||
Holy smokes this kid is a must watch and if you are looking for a wing with size, athleticism and shooting ability this kid is a sleeper and he is a playmaker. Gabe can really move as he was making polays off the bounce, he was hitting from deep and he had a fast break dunk that relly caught everyone off guard because he rose up crazy like.
