The 6-7 senior guard can play a variety of positions whether he is out on the perimeter or playing in the post. Blazi is a long and athletic guard who can finish above the rim on either side. Blazi’s rebounding on both ends of the floor have also improved since the beginning of his junior season. Blazi will be playing for Jordan Christian Prep this season after spending last season playing in France.
Highlights
Cameron Codio, A 6-2 senior combo guard gets it done on both ends of the floor where he shows a lot of quickness and plays with a ton of physicality on the defensive end. On the offensive end, Codio is one of the top sharp-shooters in the senior class where he shot nearly 40 percent from beyond the arc over the summer playing for Bishop Moore. Codio also brings a high IQ on the offensive end where he has great court vision and is always making the extra pass finding an open teammate. Codio is currently committed to Florida Gulf Coast where he will look to continue playing with good energy and a perennial perimeter scoring threat.
Highlights
Ryan Eaton, A 6-8 senior combo forward has the ability where he can score from the interior as well as from 15-feet and beyond. Eaton has smooth handles for his size and has great court vision where he can pass the basketball on the move. He also has strong mechanics where it comes to his rebounding and getting the basketball up the floor in transition. Look for Eaton to have a strong senior season for Cypress Creek this year and could produce some big averages for the Coyotes.
Highlights
Kyler Lamb, A 6-6 senior forward who can also play the guard position for his size. Lamb has taken huge strides since the beginning of his junior season where he grew four inches. His best production is around the rim whether it’s as a lob threat or finishing put-backs. Lamb will often at times be the primary ball handler where he is an exceptional passer and facilitator on the offensive end as well. On the defensive end, Lamb plays with a ton of length and gets timely blocks or steals when he gets into the passing lanes.
Highlights
Ethan McDonald, A 6-3 senior combo guard can score on all three levels where he averaged 14 points per game and shot nearly 40 percent from the field last season. McDonald plays with a high IQ and will rarely make a mistake on the offensive end as well as play very unselfish where he gets his teammates involved. McDonald also makes significant plays on the defensive end where he is very active in the passing lanes where he can get steals to turn into points on the other end as well. McDonald plays with a ton of length where he has a knack for guarding mismatches and forcing the opposition into taking difficult shots.
Highlights
Devaughn Stallworth, A 6-5 senior combo guard plays with a ton of length and is super athletic on both ends of the floor. Stallworth is a sensational rebounder for his size where his strength can limit the opposition from getting second chance scoring opportunities. On the offensive end, his game has continued to improve as he is shooting from the perimeter with confidence. As a junior last season, Stallworth averaged nearly nine points per game while shooting 43 percent from the field. Stallworth’s length and skill have the intangibles to play at the next level as he should start gaining college interest right before his senior season gets underway.
