PH Top 250: Team 1 Evaluations

Throughout the next few days, myself and Jeremy Brooks will be running through some of the standout performers from the event, and providing full evaluations of every player in attendance. He's a quick-twitch athlete with a great first step that he uses to blow by defenders, and he loves to play downhill and attack the rim. He showed some confidence in his jumper, especially off the catch, knocking down a few catch-and-shoot 3s with a quick release. He's a quick guard who handles it well and can get to the bucket, and he does a great job changing speeds and playing with pace. He has excellent body control around the rim and is a strong finisher through contact. He's good in ball screen actions, showing the ability to turn the corner and get to the rim, step behind and knock down jumpers, or find the roll/pop man. He's active on the glass on both ends of the floor and is a good enough ball-handler to be able to lead the break after pulling down a defensive board. He has good touch around the rim with either hand and he's a fluid athlete who changes directions well.
