Gribbins shot the cover off the ball in my first time seeing him play. Jalen has good size and a quick trigger on his jumper. He’s going to have to get better off the dribble to work his way up to the scholarship level but the 6’2 guard has a good build and was willing to play defense in a camp setting, which is rare.
Luke is quickly becoming one of my favorite players in the 25 class with his ability to play both ends of the court. He’s also a better athlete than you expect and had multiple dunks on the day. While he’s been a top prospect in the 3rd region for the last couple of seasons, he could breakout this year and start getting serious college looks.
Brevon showed a very high IQ all day on Saturday and is one of the few kids who showed a willingness to play hard off the ball with several cuts that got himself some easy layups. Ricker was also effective as an offensive rebounder and narrowly missed a tip dunk in traffic that could have been a showstopper.

Eye-test wise, Hayden was one of the better prospects in camp. At 6’6 and with a good build and fluid movement, Shouse looks like a potential scholarship level player. Unfortunately, he didn’t get a ton of opportunity with some ball dominant players on his team. I’d like to see more of Hayden, moving forward. He could be a big time sleeper.
Highlights
Myers was a kid I’d never heard of before Saturday and he left me very impressed. Cameron is legit 6’6 and very lean but he flashed some serious long term potential as an inside-out wing and has a chance to get a lot better when he finds the weight room and adds some bulk. If I were a D2/D3/NAIA/Juco school, I’d be checking out Myers when I can.
