Madden Johnsen Madden Johnsen 6'4" | PF Woods Cross | 2027 State UT || Woods Cross High School ||
Obviously has some stuff to work on but what young hooper doesn’t but he has some strong skills that are undeniable. The other aspect of his game is that he is one of the youngest players in the class. That bodes well for him moving forward in an era where players are help back Madden not only brings skills to the table but he has more time to develop long term as well. Excited to see how he looks against a few older players when he hits the floor.
Brenna Blackett || Orem High School ||
You can see that he still has a lot of growth left in him as he is just starting to get that growth spur. He has been showing some flashes of elite play and he might be a layte bloomer but he is starting to bloom already. He has off the bounce skills and a long stride and quick first step. He has a nice pull-up with good footwork and he can catch and shoot.
Kai Beynon Kai Beynon 6'1" | PF Farmington | 2027 State UT || Farmington High School ||
This kid is an intriguing prospect as he is a dual sport stud. He is a killer out on the lacrosse field and he is a killer on the basketball court. He does a little bit of everything as a bigger guard for his age group, excited to see what is asked of him at the high school level. Could be a big time stock riser over at Farmington as they have a lot of hungry young guards coming up.
Camden Broadhead Camden Broadhead 6'8" | PF Lone Peak | 2027 State UT || Lone Peak High School ||
Lone Peak is on track again and they are a sleep ing giant right now with some of the young talent playing varsity and players like Camden coming up. The 6’7 big fella has soft hands and a soft touch. His footwork is getting there, He might not be the quickest but he makes up for it with those long strides. Will not be surprised when he shoots up the rankings.
Preston White Preston White 6'0" | CG Pleasant Grove | 2027 State UT || Pleasant Grove High School ||
Preston is impressive, the kid can really hoop. He does some mature things as his game allows him to beat people off the dribble and he is a crafty player finishing at the rim. He has decent size and his all-around game simply makes him a threat at all times all over the floor.
