PROJECTED STANDINGS
1. Lake Mills
2. Poynette
3. Lakeside Lutheran
4. Columbus
5. Lodi
THE FAVORITE – Lake Mills
The L-Cats seemed to arrive early last season. Despite fielding a very young squad, Lake Mills shook things up and earned a share of the Capitol North title along with Columbus and Lakeside Lutheran. The L-Cats now get their top four scorers back, including four All-Conference performers last winter, including junior guard A.J. Bender A.J. Bender 6'4" | CG Lake Mills | 2025 State WI (22.2 ppg).
DARK HORSE – Poynette
The Capitol North was quietly a very good league in 2022-23. However, the top dogs lost a lot of talent. That could give way to a team like Poynette, who was fourth in the league a year ago.
