Below is a review of six more unranked, but extremely talented prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania.

Starting in September, college coaches and scouts need to watch these players and learn their names. That way no one will be shocked when these ballers make headlines during the 2023-24 high school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2226452' first='Antonio' last='Morris'] – 5'11” / 2024 / Bensalem / [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] Bucks / Point Guard: Morris first grabbed our attention at Philly HS Live Session 2 when he shot the lights out and scored off the dribble in every way possible during an impressive 27-point performance. His extraordinary lead guard play continued for the remainder of the summer. During the July circuit Morris was a standout performer at the AC Jam Fest. Then in August, Morris turned heads at the A-Town Throwdown. We are predicting that his recruiting stock will continue rise during the fall and into his senior season.

Shawn Murphy – 6'2” / 2024 / City School / Small Forward: Murphy is a quick and powerfully built lefty. He can play in the open court as a ball handler or lane filling wing. Murphy's 3-point shooting is a legitimate weapon too. He is especially accurate on corner threes. Murphy can also get into the paint off the dribble to get buckets via floaters. The trifecta of Murphy's nose for the ball, solid frame and athleticism makes him a highly effective rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id='2226400' first='Travis' last='Reed'] – 6'4″ / 2024 / Frankford / BW Elite / Shooting Guard: This under the radar 2024 owns a feathery 3-point shot with logo distance range. If a defender closes out too quickly, Reed will put the ball on the deck and get to his mid-range spots. Reed (12 points & 4 rebs per game in 2022-23) is a creative finisher on the fast break as well. Reed owns a high basketball IQ and enough handles to slide over to the point guard spot if needed.

[player_tooltip player_id='2383229' first='Robbie' last='Ruisch'] – 6'3” / 2024 / Parkland / LVBS Elite / Shooting Guard: Ruisch is another prospect who used an impressive weekend at Philly HS Live as a springboard for a tremendous summer. In June Ruisch splashed 5 triples on his way to 17 points against Gwynn Park (MD) at Philly HS Live. Then in July and August Ruisch proved that he could also create off the dribble for himself and others. With Parkland star [player_tooltip player_id='1123885' first='Nick' last='Coval'] drawing frequent double teams, this fall / winter Ruisch will have plenty of opportunities to prove he can play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2237241' first='Tyler' last='Simpson'] – 6'2″ / 2025 / Solebury School / United NJ / Point Guard: Simpson (18.4 ppg.) is a scoring point guard with a lightening quick first step and elusive handles. When you combine those assets with his next-level athleticism and exceptional instincts, you get a transition scoring phenom. In the half court Simpson can blow past defenders off the bounce for lay-ins or mid-range jumpers and floaters. He also possesses a highly accurate 3-point shot.

[player_tooltip player_id='2237263' first='Kameron' last='Waters'] – 6'2″ / 2025 / Springside CHA / BW Elite / Combo Guard: Waters is a versatile and high energy playmaker at both ends of the court. On offense he can run as a point guard, shooting guard or wing. From all three of those positions, Waters will knock down 3-balls at an impressive clip. Waters can also get out in transition to score. Still, Waters' best asset might be his court vision and passings skills. He frequently delivers unexpected, but precise dimes. At the other end, Waters is a plus defender who has a knack for producing steals and deflections.
